We’re seeking an experienced Senior WHS Advisor to join a dynamic team and provide safety leadership across both office and remote site operations. This is an urgent temporary opportunity, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can hit the ground running.

About the Role

- Lead and oversee WHS across remote operations in WA
- Perth-based with travel to remote sites as required (not FIFO)
- Provide practical WHS advice and coaching to field teams
- Ensure compliance with the WA Safety Act & Regulations
- Maintain and improve safety management systems, SWPs and emergency response procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify and manage hazards
- Review, support and contribute to incident investigations and corrective actions
- Promote a positive safety culture through training, engagement and proactive communication

About You

- Cert IV WHS (minimum)
- 4+ years’ WHS experience, ideally in remote or high-risk work environments
- Strong knowledge of WA safety legislation and practical application in the field
- Confident working both autonomously and collaboratively with a skilled, close-knit team
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage across all levels
