About the Role

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’re more than just the right-hand to the Business Manager—you’re the heart and soul of the daily grind. From energising the team and keeping operations running smoothly to creating those cheeky, authentic customer experiences we’re known for, you’ll live and breathe the Mad Mex mission and values every step of the way.
