Our Opportunity
We are seeking a Planning Assistant to join our Planning team. This role offers a valuable opportunity to start and develop your career in the fashion industry while enhancing your administrative and analytical skills.
Reporting to the Planner, you will support the team in the planning and buying process, ensuring efficient order follow-through, communication with our supply base, delivery centers, and stores, and proper allocation of products and merchandise.

Your strong administrative and organizational skills, attention to detail, passion for fashion, positive attitude, and proactive approach will contribute to your success in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

- Monitoring and reviewing product allocations to stores
- Managing and preparing reports
- Purchase order management
- General administrative tasks
- Communicating with internal teams, external stakeholders, and suppliers
- Entering markdowns and promotions into the system

To succeed in this role, you should have:

- Fashion or relevant tertiary qualifications (desirable)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and effective time management
- Strong relationship-building abilities
