About the role

We’re seeking an Engineering Projects Manager to take ownership of site based projects across our factories within the greater Sydney region. Reporting to the Group Engineering Projects Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects that drive operational excellence and innovation.

This is a hands-on role where your leadership, technical expertise, and problem solving skills will be key to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

- Leading engineering projects from concept to completion across multiple sites
- Developing project plans, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and contractors to drive safe and efficient execution
- Monitoring progress, reporting on milestones, and identifying risks
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards
- Supporting handover to operations, including documentation and training
- Occasional travel for equipment inspections, trade shows, and reference site visits

About you

We/'re looking for a driven and resourceful Engineering Projects Manager who thrives in dynamic environments and takes pride in delivering results. You’ll be someone who embraces challenges, leads with confidence, and consistently delivers projects on time and within budget. To succeed in this role, you’ll need a strong foundation in engineering principles, a strategic mindset, and the ability to make quality decisions under pressure.

You’ll bring:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in project engineering or project management with end-to-end project delivery (F&B industry experience desirable)
- Strong report writing and negotiation skills
- Capability to interpret engineering drawings and contracts with precision
- Experience in liaising with contractors and suppliers
- Demonstrated ability to think quickly, clearly, and logically whilst meeting deadlines
- Strong communication skills across all levels of stakeholders
- Experience with computerised maintenance management solutions and/or ERP Systems
