The Work
You name it they do it – B2B and B2C across Government, Services and Retail. From segmentation, brand positioning, U&A, CX, and brand tracking through to product development, concept and ad testing, and mystery shopping. It’s a wide variety – especially known for its off‑the‑shelf CX model used extensively to help clients truly understand and improve customer and community experiences.
The Role
Play a key role in a major Community Experience and Engagement project across Victoria. Flex your muscles in stakeholder engagement – growing key relationships and presenting compelling insights stories. Also work on a range of other ad hoc commercial and social projects along the way. The role is for a quantitative lean dualist bridging insight and action – partnering with clients, designing smart research and delivering impactful, actionable insights strategy.
About You
You’ll have a quantitative background (or a quant‑leaning dualist with strong agency experience). You love being in the room with clients – asking the right questions, challenging thinking, and connecting the dots between data and strategy.
You'll thrive here if you:
- Enjoy leading projects end‑to‑end from proposal to presentation
- Have experience designing research, project set‑up, data analysis (quant skills or similar stats package), synthesis and storytelling

- Want to work with 2 amazing directors to lead, mentor and inspire the team
