As a Roster Support Officer, you’ll help ensure Community Aged Care clients receive timely and consistent care aligned with their needs, preferences and support plans.
Based at our St Kilda Road office, you’ll coordinate daily staff schedules, match the right support worker to each client and ensure data accuracy across systems such as AlayaCare.
This role involves working closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including Care Partners, support workers, clients and families.
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Strong scheduling, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail, time management and communication
- Experience in customer service, operations or rostering
- Familiarity with client management or scheduling systems (e.g. AlayaCare)
- A basic understanding of aged care or community support programs
- The ability to work under pressure and prioritise competing demands
- A collaborative approach, valuing reliability and positive client experiences
- Training or qualifications in Business Administration or Community Services (desirable)
