Clinical Expertise in Hospital Pharmacy

The successful candidate will have a solid foundation in pharmacy practice and be eager to deepen their expertise in a hospital setting. They will be responsible for delivering clinical pharmacy services to inpatients and outpatients, conducting medication reconciliations, and monitoring treatment outcomes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services to patients
    • Conduct thorough medication reconciliations and monitor treatment outcomes
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care

Requirements:

  • General registration with AHPRA without restrictions
  • Minimum 3 years in community pharmacy or 2 years in hospital pharmacy
  • Permanent Australian work rights
  • Personal Indemnity insurance

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Previous hospital pharmacy experience
