Graphic Arts Technician

About the Company:
Our client is a large recognized leader in the event/exhibit marketing and design industry. The company has been in operation for more than 25 years and has worked with Fortune 500 clients such as GSK, Johnson & Johnson, Rogers, Boehringer Ingelheim, RBC and many more.
They are growing at a rapid pace and are seeking to add a Graphic Arts Technician to their team
Responsibilities:
- Create new set up instructions for new booths, stands, accessories, etc. using AUTO CAD
- Creating graphic specs
- Creating TAG CALLOUTS and renderings
- Create overhead drawings, layouts, and electrical grids/specs
- Consult directly with the Design Dept. &/or Production Team to establish and evaluate assignment requests and deliverables at initial briefing
- Assist with measurements as required
- Taking photos, measurements and features for new items and adding them to online inventory
- Assist with data entry of new vendors, products, services etc.
- Log orders into online inventory system
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- ProficiencyinAdobeCreativeSuite(Illustrator,Photoshop,InDesign),MicrosoftOffice(Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Docs, Auto Cad, 3D Max and Sketchup)
- Knowledge of exhibit extrusion (Octanorm) would be advantageous
