Your one-of-a-kind new role:

As a Travel Associates Assistant Business Leader, you will bring proven leadership and mentoring experience combined with travel consultant experience to the role. You will be responsible for ensuring the success and growth of the business and your consultants. You will assist in leading a team comprised of Australia's most respected advisors and become part of the country's largest network of Virtuoso agents—connecting you to the world's best luxury travel advisors, suppliers, and industry partners. You will support your team in delivering exclusive benefits to every client to build and maintain their own repeat and referral database, generated through our luxury and local marketing avenues.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to the travel consultant team to drive performance and growth.
  • Support the team in delivering exclusive client benefits and building repeat/referral business.
  • Collaborate with Virtuoso network partners and suppliers to deliver premium travel experiences.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service in line with Travel Associates standards.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and local marketing efforts to grow the business.
