This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organised professional with a solid understanding of relevant legislation and compliance frameworks.As a key member of our team, you will ensure the accurate processing of premiums, maintain policy compliance, debt collection and provide outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders.**Key Responsibilities:*** Manage a client portfolio to ensure accurate and timely premium calculations and payments* Ensure policy targets and audit compliance service standards are consistently met* Process new business applications in line with WorkSafe guidelines* Respond promptly to internal and external queries, maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism* Maintain accurate data entry and ensure legislative compliance at all times* Attend and participate in ongoing training on relevant legislation and systems* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas for process enhancement* Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence* Adhere to occupational health and safety (OHS), privacy, and record-keeping requirements**Experience and Knowledge:*** Solid understanding of Workers Compensation Insurance policy and legislation* Knowledge of premium calculation processes* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)* Experience using WorkSafe systems such as ACCtion and VPCS (preferred)**Our culture and benefits**DXC is committed to building better futures for our customers, colleagues, environment, and communities.
