Mid Market Account Executive
Why We Have This Role
Our Commercial Account Executive role focuses on helping mid-sized companies close experience gaps. We offer a SaaS platform with ready-to-go experience management (XM) solutions tailored for Mid-Market businesses. Our team works closely with clients to utilize these tools effectively, enhancing their customer and employee experiences. In this role, you will guide these companies to maximize our platform to meet their goals and differentiate themselves in their industries.

6. Complex Sales Proficiency: Sell our Experience Management platform to large, strategic accounts, understanding their unique needs.

What You'll Do
- Focus on acquiring new business and selling the Qualtrics platform to corporate and Mid-Market accounts, engaging stakeholders from champions to C-level executives.
- Consult with prospects and clients on their strategic goals, developing account plans including power maps, demand generation, and closing strategies.
- Establish and nurture relationships with senior executives at client and prospect companies, collaborating internally with customer success, solutions consultants, partners, and others.
- Maintain real-time knowledge of Qualtrics solutions and the competitive landscape to craft compelling proposals and pricing strategies.
- Leverage support from your sales team, operations, legal, customer success, finance, and other departments to serve your customers effectively.
What We're Looking For On Your CV
- Experience in technology/software sales
- 5 to 7 years of Mid Market Sales experience
- Experience selling into Marketing and HR functions
- Strong track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Experience building a qualified pipeline and identifying new opportunities
- Curiosity and ability to ask impactful questions to clients
- Engagement across all sales cycle points—from prospecting to closing
- Agility to adapt and pivot strategies as needed
- Ability to partner with internal teams to close deals
- Fluent English skills
- Bachelor's degree
