The primary function of this role is to manage suppliers and support the Field Operations teams in customer delivery. The role requires someone with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to keep on top of large volumes of records.**Key Areas of Responsibility*** Manage suppliers performance, including enablement and drive improvements in performances* Manage day to day issues that come up with suppliers* Liaise with suppliers to manage any invoice disputes or payment issues* Manage purchase orders for each supplier as needed* Monitor and track incoming Field Services call volume to ensure adequate accruals are maintained* Identify opportunities to better enable the team to streamline processes* Monitor deadlines, validate and correct all National Measurement Institute scale verifications before submission* Work with the automation team to ensure scale verification tool is working as needed, run testing and find improvements to streamline tool processing* Able to organize and prioritise work to meet deadlines and manage the expectations of stakeholders* Drive, manage and track improvement and saving initiatives* May be given additional temporary projects and tasks to support the Service Operations Manager**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:**Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)Proven clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsExcellent numerical abilityOffers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job**EEO Statement**Integrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix’s commitment to diversity and equal employment opportunity.
