We are partnering with a highly regarded company within the asset management sector to recruit an experienced and professional Client Group Assistant for a January start. This is an excellent opportunity to support four senior stakeholders (three based in Sydney, one in Melbourne) in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-level administrative support to four senior stakeholders.

- Manage complex diaries and coordinate schedules across multiple time zones.

- Organise and book interstate and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and transfers.

- Prepare and process expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.

- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are arranged.

- Prepare and distribute meeting documents, agendas, and presentations.

- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.

- Anticipate stakeholder needs and proactively manage priorities to support business objectives.

About You:

- Proven experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment.

- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- High attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Important:

- This role requires you to be based in Sydney and available to commence in January 2026.
