About the Role

Residing within the HR Systems, Reporting and HR Technology Branch, the HR Systems Consultant is responsible for providing support in administering the delivery of Human Resources systems and online services to support the changing operational needs of the Department.

Eligibility

To be eligible for appointment to permanent positions in the West Australian Public Sector, you must be an Australian citizen or have permanent resident status in Australia.

- Experience and sound knowledge in the support and administration of HR Systems in a large and complex environment

- Skills and experience to coordinate and maintain departmental systems, including understanding of information technology requirements and specifications, trouble shooting and issues to meet service delivery requirements.

- Ability to identify and solve problems; including the ability to analyse client or Department needs, propose appropriate options and solutions, and/or escalate issues for resolution where required.
