Overview

Data Analyst — Part-time (0.6 FTE), Fixed term employment, commencing as soon as possible.

Role

Data Analyst

The Data Analyst will work collaboratively within the Advancement Office, most prominently with the Head of Philanthropy, to identify, analyse and present data in meaningful ways. They require expertise and experience in data analytics, demonstrating technical mastery in database management and analysis as well as familiarity with common reporting software (e.g. Power BI). In the process, applying their strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the bridge between raw data and actionable strategies that will help grow enrolment, community engagement and fundraising initiatives, promoting the aligned missions of St Joseph’s College and the Foundation Ltd.

- Provide enabling support for other Advancement departments – Admissions, Marketing & Communications and Community & Events – assisting with audience segmentation, dataset preparation and demographic analysis.

Qualifications

- Expertise and experience in data analytics, including database management and analysis.

- Familiarity with common reporting software (e.g. Power BI).

- Strong problem solving and communication skills.
