Working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you’ll oversee end-to-end delivery of initiatives— from planning and execution to evaluation — ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic priorities. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the University to drive engagement, influence positive behavioural change, and strengthen cyber awareness across the organisation.Key responsibilities will include:* Developing and delivering tailored contextualised training, workshops, or presentations to stakeholders as required* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to support effective collaboration and engagement.* Building, coordinating, and sustaining the Cyber Security Champions NetworkThis is a full-time, fixed-term position through to December 2026 at HEW Level 7.# **About You** You’re a certified trainer or equivalent with experience in designing meaningful, interactive training initiatives. Highly organised and adaptable, you thrive in complex environments and excel at engaging and influencing diverse audiences.You will bring:* Strong understanding of cyber security principles, risks, and compliance obligations.* Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences.* Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across varying levels of seniority.* Proven ability to coordinate networks or communities of practice across a large, complex organisation.* excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in facilitation and presentation.* Great attention to detail, work ethic with high level of enthusiasm to produce work of exceptional quality.The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre-employment checks, including: right to work in Australia, criminal check, etc.You must maintain unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment to apply.
