We’re seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to support a busy team within a leading heavy industry organisation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating and scheduling training programs linked to machinery sales and customer requests, ensuring sessions are delivered efficiently and recorded accurately. The role involves a mix of administration, planning, and customer coordination, supporting internal teams and external training needs.

- 2-3 month contract with potential for extension

- Monday to Friday roster

- Located in Acacia Ridge, QLD

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and maintain training schedules for customers and internal teams

- Manage multiple training requests and priorities through to delivery

- Handle all training-related administration including meetings, travel, and accommodation bookings

- Maintain accurate records and an up-to-date training calendar

- Prepare quotes and ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures

- Provide excellent customer service when coordinating training sessions

- Support with reporting, resource planning, and the rollout of new training programs

- Assist with system updates and learning platform administration

About You

- Experience in training coordination or a similar administrative role

- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent (advantageous)

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Confident with Microsoft Office and database systems

- Previous experience in a heavy industry, mining, or machinery environment (advantageous)

- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
