Possability is seeking a skilled and visionary Finance Business Partner to join our team in either Melbourne or Newcastle. This is a full-time opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a values-driven, not-for-profit organisation committed to inclusion and independence.

What You’ll Do

As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll:

- Deliver strategic financial insights to guide decision-making across the organisation

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling processes

- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable advice for non-financial stakeholders

- Support tendering, planning, and performance analysis across departments

- Ensure compliance and manage financial risk

- Collaborate with senior leaders to evaluate new programs and funding opportunities

What You’ll Bring

- 7+ years’ experience in financial analysis or similar roles

- CPA or CA qualification

- Strong skills in financial modelling, budgeting, and strategic planning

- Exceptional communication and analytical abilities

- A proactive, collaborative mindset

- Ability to obtain (or already hold):

- National Police Check

- Working with Children Check (relevant to your home state)

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
