What You’ll Do

- Build and optimise solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Cloud Pages)
- Support and maintain data integrity, permissions, and governance
- Contribute to documentation and process improvements
- Design and execute automated, multi-channel campaigns
- Work with SQL, AMPscript, and APIs to build personalisation and segmentation
- Gain hands-on experience in Marketing Cloud Personalisation (Interaction Studio) and Loyalty Cloud

Integration & Data Cloud

- Learn how to connect Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, and external platforms
- Support data configuration and segmentation for a unified Customer 360
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features
- Be mentored and trained on best practices, coding, and solution design
- Contribute to a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing

About You

- 1–3 years experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or strong MarTech automation experience with exposure to SFMC)
- Comfortable with SQL, AMPscript, and APIs (or eager to upskill quickly)
- Exposure to Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Cloud Pages
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification (desirable, not essential if you’re keen to earn it with us)
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment
