We’re looking for a MarTech Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of marketing and technology. In this role, you’ll be a key player in shaping how we engage with customers, translating strategic marketing goals into smart, scalable MarTech solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful initiatives that drive real business value.

Our core MarTech stack includes Salesforce Marketing Cloud, but experience with this platform is not essential; we’re more interested in your ability to think critically, collaborate effectively, and deliver results.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Partnering with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications
- Creating use cases, process flows, and documentation to support solution development
- Facilitating communication between marketing, technology, and delivery teams
- Building business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support new opportunities
- Supporting user acceptance testing and ensuring solutions meet business needs
- Developing training materials and system documentation

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years’ experience in a business analyst or similar role
- 5+ years’ experience in customer service or customer-facing environments
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Project management and process improvement skills
