Role Description

We are seeking a highly capable Social Media & Content Specialist with a deep specialisation in managing, growing, and optimising brand and campaign-led social media programs.

Paid social media expertise is a must, and you will bring strong experience across organic social media and influencer content marketing, with a proven ability to drive performance across platforms. Theability to think creatively about content is essential.

You'll also bring a broad digital marketing skillset, with a solid understanding of how content marketing strategies contribute to campaign success. Your role will lead social media and content excellence while ensuring campaigns integrate across the digital ecosystem to drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead end-to-end social media strategies, with a strong focus on paid campaigns, across key platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

Own the social calendar, briefing process, content production (with internal and external creators), and community management

Partner with creators and influencers to execute social-first campaigns that align with brand and business goals

Leverage insights, creative testing, and platform tools to optimise performance across channels

Contribute to broader content-led digital strategies across with a focus on driving acquisition and engagement

Deliver clear, actionable reporting across social and digital channels, helping to inform future planning and stakeholder decision-making

Collaborate closely with design, content, data and development teams to bring creative and performance-led campaigns to life

Stay ahead of platform updates, content trends and creator formats to keep campaigns fresh, relevant and effective

Skills & Experience

5–8+ years of digital marketing and social media experience (organic and paid)

Strong experience in paid social media, from strategy through to campaign management, optimisation, and reporting

Proven ability to build and execute influencer campaigns, including sourcing talent, managing collaborations, and reporting on performance

Strong creative instincts and the ability to contribute to or shape content ideas that connect with audiences and drive performance

Familiarity with platforms including Meta Ads Manager, TikTok for Business, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

Comfortable using platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot or equivalent to extract insights and track results

Analytically minded, with the ability to interpret social data and translate it into strategic action

Clear communicator who can confidently present ideas, influence stakeholders, and work collaboratively across teams
