Job Description

- Monitor and maintain quality assurance protocols across production processes.

- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Collaborate with the production team to address quality concerns.

- Document and report quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.

- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the QMS, HACCP WQA and BRC.

- Train staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.

- Ensure all materials and finished products meet defined specifications.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior QA Officer should have:

- A background in quality assurance within the food and beverage industry.

- Strong understanding of quality management systems, HACCP, WQA and BRC.

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to work independently when senior management are not present

- A proactive attitude towards maintaining high-quality standards and continuous improvement.
