Responsibilities - Conduct maintenance, repairs or replacement of street and park furniture or upgrades on Council’s infrastructure. - Painting of infrastructure. - Installation of minor infrastructure assets. - Metal and steel fabrication. - Minor concreting and paving works. Qualifications - >3 years in a similar role - Trade qualifications in a building trade related field - Drivers Licence (Class MR) – NSW (desirable) - White Card - General Construction Induction Benefits - Competitive rates of pay up to $72K per annum (excluding superannuation) paid weekly - 9 day fortnight - Opportunity to earn a Performance Bonus (up to 2% of base annual salary) and an Organisational Bonus (up to $2K per annum) - Paid training to keep your skills up to date - Discounted membership to Waves Fitness & Aquatics Centre and Fitness Pluss - Free on-site undercover parking - Active Social Club Next steps Please review the Position Description available on Council’s Careers Page, Careers at Council and submit your application online by 5pm on 23 October 2024.
