WEM Scape has a rewarding opportunity for a Landscape Tradesperson to join the Maintenance team.

We have a strong portfolio of work with multiple projects underway across Sydney's Northwest and Southwest. This role requires travel to job sites across the area.

Key Responsibilities

- Undertake landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, edging, pruning, mulching, fertilising, and weed control.
- Maintain and care for trees, shrubs, turf, garden beds, and other softscape elements to ensure healthy growth and visual appeal.
- Operate and maintain small plant and equipment including, mowers, trimmers, blowers, and spray units
- Assist the team leader with inspecting sites to verify services like mowing, fertilizing, and plant health, ensuring quality standards are upheld.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of sites, ensuring all worksites are left safe, tidy, and compliant with environmental standards
- Lead and mentor Landscape Labourers and Apprentices, sharing expertise and fostering a skilled, motivated team.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

- Relevant Certificate or Diploma in Landscaping or Horticulture, or 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of the landscaping industry and processes
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Strong commitment to health, safety, environment, and quality standards
- Construction White Card
- Valid Driver's Licence with flexibility to travel between job sites
- Remuneration: Hourly rate - paid well above market and aligned with your experience + allowances + regular overtime
