You will play an important role in driving uptake and engagement of this community, whilst managing the operations of the community day-to-day. ## ****Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:***** Producing a wide range of content, including articles, whitepapers, landing pages, email newsletters and social media marketing collateral.* Managing administration of the community including content, image, gamification assets, role management, user/moderator notifications, and overall site maintenance.* Managing content calendars and timelines around community engagement activities and content distribution.* Support in briefing and co-ordinating the development of content across the community, and marketing activities including email newsletters, social media, videos, blogs and online advertising.* Coordinating promotional activities, events and interviews for the community.* Support in managing relationships and expectations with top community members, influencers and experts.* Support in managing relationships and expectations with internal community stakeholders and moderators.* Implementation support for set-up of social media and email marketing campaigns.* Monitoring community site analytics to support sharing insights on community engagement and marketing efforts.## ## ****What you will bring:***** Experience writing for a B2B financial services audience is highly preferred.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Strong project management and organisational abilities.* Proficiency in email campaign and website management.* Demonstrated stakeholder management, internal and external.* Social media copywriting and management skills.* Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environment.## ## * 8 additional paid days per year to extend your weekends* Hybrid working* Generous cash bonus for every successful referral* Starting school leave - 8.5 days of leave to assist your children with the transition to school* Up to 26 weeks’ paid parental leave for primary carers (up to 4 weeks for secondary carers), and the ability to work part-time when returning to work* 3 days’ paid leave per year to participate in charity initiatives* Discounted health insurance premiums* Access to learning and development programs through LinkedIn*Iress is committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive culture.
