Our clients in Australia are looking for a General Practitioner for clinics across Australia.
We are seeking passionate and dedicated professionals who are eager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents while enjoying a rewarding career in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a broad range of medical conditions across all age groups.
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and administer vaccinations and immunisations.
- Perform mental health assessments and coordinate referrals to appropriate specialists or support services.
- Prescribe medications and develop personalised treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Monitor ongoing health conditions and provide preventive healthcare advice and education.
- Refer patients to hospitals, specialists, or allied health professionals when necessary.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with professional and ethical standards.
- Build and maintain strong patient relationships, ensuring continuity of high-quality, compassionate care.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Medical Science (Undergraduate)
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) (Postgraduate)
- Australian Registration and RACGP Membership (Royal Australian College of General Practitioners)
- Holds one or more of the following qualifications: MRCGP (UK), MICGP (Ireland), FRNZCGP (New Zealand)
- Eligible to apply for Ahpra registration
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a General Practitioner
- Experience in the UK, Ireland, or New Zealand will be highly regarded
- Open to qualified and experienced GPs who may require supervised practice (6–12 months)
