The Practice

- This is a full-time General Practitioner role, you will be responsible for: providing primary care services to patients, diagnosing and treating various medical conditions, and offering preventive care
- This practice has been established for more than 90 years, thankfully, it was fully renovated last year
- The role involves collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. You will display:

- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience in general practice
- The capability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

- This practice currently has 2 full-time doctors and 1 part-time doctor, 2 nurses, a practice manager and long-term administration staff. In time, it will grow to a 6GP practice
- Full-time nursing and admin support
- Treatment room facilities and onsite pathology
- Additional income for Doctors wanting to supervise
- Cubiko software
- The practice services the local Belmont and Lake Macquarie areas and colleagues are booked out weeks in advance.
- Mixed billing practice, at the GP’s discretion, as you have full clinical autonomy

Although you will have the commitment of $170 / hr guarantee for the first 3 months, its unlikely that this will be in place even in the early weeks, because there is a high patient demand, and you will have all the support required to ensure your success.

Belmont, NSW, is a lakeside suburb on the eastern side of Lake Macquarie.

Known for its peaceful setting and scenic views with residential developments close to shops, beaches, restaurants and cafes that overlook Australia’s largest coastal saltwater lake.
