The opportunity

Our Workplace Relations & Safety team, led by Chris Shelley, advises a diverse client base including major corporates, government bodies and statutory authorities across all sectors. This role reflects an opportunity to obtain hands-on experience on the full spectrum of workplace matters. The team takes a collaborative approach, working alongside clients to deliver commercial solutions that deliver results. Joining this team means exposure to challenging workplace relations and safety issues, with opportunities to be actively involved in intricate and high-level investigations.

To succeed in this role, ideally you/'ll have

- Experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, with a willingness to develop further expertise;
- Exposure to advising on employment and workplace safety issues;
- General litigation experience will be viewed favourably;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with sound analytical ability;
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, while beginning to develop client relationships and take ownership of matters under supervision;
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for building expertise in workplace relations and contributing to the growth of the practice.
