The Opportunity
Step into a pivotal role managing a landmark commercial office tower in Melbourne’s CBD. As Facilities Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations, compliance, contracts, and tenant engagement to ensure a seamless workplace experience across this modern A-Grade asset.
Your Impact
- Oversee all hard and soft services, ensuring the asset runs at peak performance.
- Partner closely with tenants to deliver an exceptional workplace experience.
- Manage budgets, contracts, lifecycle planning and capital works.
- Champion sustainability and innovation initiatives within the building.
- Ensure full compliance with WHS and risk management standards.
- Manage tenancy fit-outs and on-boarding of new tenant customers.
