About the role
We have an opportunity for a Treating Psychologist to be part of our HSW PULSE Treatment & Recovery Unit, Health, Safety & Wellbeing Command team. The Treating Psychologist collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outcome-focused, evidence-based treatment for employees suffering a psychological injury. The role provides work-focused interventions that aim to support employees to recover in the workplace, or successfully achieve a durable return to work following absence, as a result of a work-related psychological injury.

This role will include providing high quality treatment to a unique, complex, and diverse population. Please provide an example of a time when you provided treatment to a client with a trauma or stressor related disorder/presentation; how did you approach treatment? What did you do?
Target Question 2:
This role will work within a multi-disciplinary environment to achieve results. Sound communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Using your relevant work experience, please provide a recent example of how you have worked with other health professionals to achieve a positive outcome for a client(s).

Total Remuneration Package: Base salary ranges from $129,464 to $142,665 plus employer's contribution to superannuation of 12% and annual leave loading.
