About the Role
As a Psychologist at Bupa, you’ll be a pivotal part of our team, shaping the future of mental health services with Mindplace. This role is a patient-facing clinical position where you will be seeing Bupa customers and others who wish to utilise the Bupa services. This is an opportunity to drive meaningful change and innovate new ways to support mental health journeys throughout Australia.
Further to our current locations, there is future growth as we work towards our goal of 60 Mindplace clinics nationally, ensuring the access to support throughout Australia. If you’re interested in being a part of the journey now or in the future, please reach out to discuss.
Locations will include:
- Expansion in NSW
- Expansion in Victoria
- Queensland - Brisbane, Gold Coast and Far North QLD
- Western Australia
- South Australia
- ACT
- Northern Territory
- Tasmania
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and provide evidence-based therapies
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and patient needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans
- Build and sustain collaborative relationships with referring healthcare providers to strengthen patient referral networks and support practice growth
- Coordinate with external providers to fulfil service requests within an established procedural framework

About you
We’re seeking experienced Registered Psychologists and Clinical Psychologists with:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology or a Master’s/Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
- General Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia, with Clinical Psychology endorsement and substantial experience in mental health care.
- 5+ years of recent clinical experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Advanced clinical expertise in mental health services.
- Experience delivering high-quality care and fostering innovation in service delivery.
