NEW opportunity to work alongside an Accredited Commercial Litigation Legal Practice Director at a well-established inner city law firm. Work on a broad spectrum of litigation matters.

The Role

Our client is conveniently located away from the hustle and bustle of the CBD, at inner city Woolloongaba, and is very accessible by public transport. Their Legal Practice Director has a reputation for providing quality and expertise litigation representation. He is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to work alongside him on a broad range of litigation disputes incl contractual disputes, building disputes, restraint of trade, bankruptcy proceedings, consumer disputes, estate disputes, just to name a few.

Your duties will include:

- Drafting correspondence and court documents

- Tracking deadlines for a portfolio of litigated work

- Managing and organising case files

- Drafting letters of instruction and briefs to experts

- Liaising with Barristers and clients

- Conducting legal research

- Other general legal tasks as required.

You

To be suitable for this role, you will have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Litigation Paralegal.

The Law Firm

Well established law firm that has been operating for close to 40 years. This firm practices in several areas of law including commercial litigation, property, commerce and estates. 20 staff. They offer a fantastic working culture and pride themselves on their long standing relationships with clients.
