Are you a law student looking to kick-start your legal career with hands-on, real-world experience? QIC’s in-house Legal team is looking for a motivated Paralegal to join our experienced and friendly team.

This is the perfect role if you’re in your 2nd or 3rd year of law, graduating end of 2027 or 2028, and keen to build your skills in a supportive environment.

**About You**

**We’re looking for someone who**:
- Is studying law (2nd or 3rd year, graduating end 2027/2028)- Has office or administration experience (ideally in a legal environment)- Can work a minimum of 3 days a week during semester and full-time in the summer break- Has strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn

**What You’ll Be Doing**

**In this role, you’ll get involved in a variety of legal tasks, including**:
- Drafting and reviewing contracts using templates- Coordinating the signing and execution of legal documents- Maintaining document and data management systems- Supporting lawyers with research, presentations, and day-to-day administration- Helping keep the team organised with filing, archiving, and registers
