Sushi Sous Chef – Role & Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Sushi Sous Chef ready to step into a management role, continuing their learning both culinary and operations from our experienced management team.

- 3 to 4 years' experience in sushi and sashimi

- Great communication, delegation and leadership skills

- Ability to work well within a team and take direction

- In‑depth understanding of Food Safety & Hygiene Practices

- Strong communication skills

- Creativity around menu development and food presentation

- A naturally positive demeanor

- High standards and expectations within the kitchen
