The Global Regulatory Affairs team is responsible for enabling and protecting Kuiper's use of radio frequency spectrum at home and abroad, defining and leading the Project Kuiper regulatory agenda. The Regulatory Affairs team operates worldwide, engaging with the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and regional organizations, coordinating the use of spectrum with other operators, gaining country access, and promoting safety in space. The Global Regulatory Affairs team is also responsible for licensing and collaborates with associations, government agencies, and other satellite operators in order to advocate for rules and regulations in the best interest of our customers. This position will also support licensing efforts in the Asia-Pacific region, as needed. The Public Policy Manager will work in close collaboration with the Kuiper Head of Global Licensing to align the licensing strategy with service availability and business priorities, and will manage complex regulatory projects dealing with satellite and spectrum regulations, communications services, and other issues involved with deploying a global satellite broadband constellation.

· Enhancing the customer experience by shaping national and regional policies and regulations affecting non-geostationary satellite systems, the use of the 20/30 GHz band, and space safety, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
· Engaging in national and regional telecommunications organizations, while maintaining liaison with regulators, relevant industry actors and trade associations in multiple countries.
