Mobile Home Lending Specialist

You will promote Newcastle Permanent's award-winning lending products to both new and prospective customers.
In this role, you will focus on driving growth by acquiring home loans for Newcastle Permanent, engaging in proactive business development to bring in new home loan customers. From there, you will continue to deliver exceptional customer service as you manage the loan application process in preparation for credit assessment. What will your key responsibilities include?- Leverage and expand your existing network to create new business opportunities and referrals.
- Guide customers through all stages of the loan application process, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to approval.
- Actively represent and promote Newcastle Permanent within the community, building and strengthening relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct meetings offsite and outside of core operating hours to accommodate client schedules and maximise business opportunities.
- Stay informed on market trends and lending products to provide expert advice and tailored solutions to clients.
- Extensive retail lending experience with strong product knowledge and a solid understanding of lending credit policy.
- An established network of local contacts in the community.
- Proven track record in developing and managing a pipeline of business and achieving sales targets.
- Outstanding communication, networking, and people skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Strong ability to promote brand awareness throughout the community.
- High attention to detail and excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software.
- Current driver's licence.
