Job Description

- Ensure all quality assurance processes meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems to maintain product excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the factory to optimise work flows.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance across the 2 manufacturing operations.
- Analyse quality data and generate reports for management review.
- Provide training to staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Address and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality and efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Manager will bring the below:

- A strong background in quality assurance within a fast-paced FMCG industry.
- Bachelor of Food Science/Technology (or related field)
- Experience in Engineering & Manufacturing processes and systems.
- Excellent knowledge of relevant high risk regulatory and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in analysing data and creating detailed quality reports.
- Strong leadership skills to guide and train team members effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
