Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary technical liaison between the customer and internal teams
- Provide strategic guidance and technical leadership across Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, and Fortinet environments
- Help clients optimise their network design, security posture, and operational efficiency
- Identify areas of improvement and drive enhancements in the managed services delivery
- Work alongside internal NOC/project teams to ensure best practice standards are upheld
- Build strong, long-term technical relationships and help position the MSP as a value-added partner

Requirements

- Senior-level network engineer or technical consultant with 7+ years of experience
- Proven expertise in Cisco and Juniper routing/switching at an enterprise scale
- Strong experience with Palo Alto and/or Fortinet firewalls
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working in a client-facing role, ideally within a Managed Services environment
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, JNCIP/JNCIE, PCNSE, or NSE are highly regarded
