About the Role

The Firehouse Bar & Restaurant is currently seeking an enthusiastic andqualified Chef De Partie to join our kitchen brigade. The successful candidate will be self‑motivated with exceptional cooking skills and a passion for the hospitality industry. This is a busy restaurant and hours where you will be consistently required for over 30 hrs per week

The Standard Stuff

- Certificate III Commercial Cookery with trade experience.

- Experience – Hotel restaurant experience is a bonus

- Professionalism – always cool under pressure

- Extensive grill experience essential

- Drive to consistently deliver the best by immaculate organisation, communication and presentation skills

- As a senior chef, you have the ability to lead the brigade in chef's absence.

- Working rights in Australia with no restrictions
