RPEQ Structural Engineer - Residential & Commercial High-Rise -Leadership Opportunity
A well-regarded national consultancy is seeking a seasoned RPEQ Structural Engineer with 10-15+ years of experience in the buildings sector, particularly across residential and commercial high-rise projects.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a co-leadership role alongside an existing Associate, within a stable and high-performing structural team. You'll be instrumental in driving project delivery and contributing to the continued growth of a strong pipeline of work.
The ideal candidate is an accomplished team leader with a proven ability to manage projects and foster client relationships. While business development is part of the role, there is no immediate financial pressure - giving you time to settle in and build strategically.
This position offers a clear pathway to future directorship and potential ownership within the firm, based on performance and contribution. You'll be backed by supportive senior leadership who are serious about long-term growth and succession planning.
A generous profit-share scheme is in place, allowing senior and management staff to earn bonuses that are typically unmatched by larger firms.
