Overview

Bellwether are Principal Contractors who provide Project Delivery expertise across the project life cycle from project conception to completion.

Due to recent project wins we require Civil Supervisors - Roads / Structures to join our team to carry out the supervision on our TMR and local council road rehab and bridge upgrade projects. Current project locations are within an easy commute from Brisbane, Ipswich, or Toowoomba.

We have a strong project pipeline ahead of us, work / life balance rosters, above award salaries with vehicle, fuel card, site uplifts, and accommodation all provided if required.

Projects we’ve successfully delivered include flood recovery works, streetscapes, road construction / upgrades, bulk earthworks, bridges, and water infrastructure.

We’re a supportive team with a direct line of contact to the Directors, a new fleet of vehicles, and we can offer all-inclusive salary packages.

Ideal candidates will have:

- At least 5-10 years’ experience as a Roads or Structures Supervisor or Leading Hand, particularly on TMR / roads / bridge / drainage projects
- Experience in supporting Project Managers and Engineers in the successful delivery of projects
- Ability to read drawings
- Knowledge of quality, environmental and work health and safety management systems
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable Computer literacy commensurate with acceptable industry standards
- Any Industry qualifications will be an advantage & highly regarded
- Must be prepared to travel if required
