Kinexus is a specialist recruiter in the Defence and Federal Government space. We have been recruiting technical ICT and engineering staff in Australia for over 24 years, and we're now looking to add to our experienced team at our head office in Sydney's CBD.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Talent Manager to source and engage candidates across the wide range of engineering projects we support. This is a candidate-focused role, working with both our existing talent pool and new candidates sourced through the many methods at our disposal.
- Sourcing and connecting with engineering professionals, particularly those with Defence backgrounds.
- Developing and maintaining a network of ex-ADF and Defence technicians.
- Identifying opportunities to connect with security-cleared technical candidates across engineering disciplines.
- Building long-term, trusted relationships with candidates.
- Developing a strong social media and industry presence.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
This role doesn't necessarily require recruitment experience. In fact, ex-Defence professionals often thrive with us. We're looking for someone who has:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- An understanding of Defence - either from uniform or industry
- The ability to connect with a broad range of people.
- An outcome-driven mindset, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A proactive approach to achieving targets and outcomes.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
You don't need to arrive with recruitment experience, we'll help you build it.
