What You’ll Do
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture high-performing sales consultants
- Set the standard for client service, lead by example during campaigns and interactions
- Foster growth in sales volume, property management referrals, and team compliance
- Conduct one-on-one coaching and quarterly performance reviews to unlock each consultant’s potential
- Build a supportive, united team culture and actively improve the local community
What You’ll Bring
- Proven leadership experience in real estate or high-performing sales teams
- Skilled in mentoring, coaching, and driving team KPIs
- Excellent communicator with a positive, motivating approach
- Commitment to learning, transparency, and continuous improvement
- Full-time availability, including essential Saturday support
The Rewards
- Target earnings $300,000–$400,000 with base salary and strong incentives
