We’re looking for an Experienced Sales Associate for top $ Agent / Director. This is a great opportunity with potential to earn over 3 figures. A rare opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to learn from the best and build a successful career in real estate by joining a very successful and established team.
About the role
- Database Prospecting and leveraging off current listings – generating leads
- Dealing with buyer enquiries and general buyer management
- Sourcing potential sellers and building relationships
- Attending Open Home Inspections & liaising with buyers
- Assisting sales agents with the property campaign
- Attending Building & Pest Inspections, Valuations
- Working on all marketing for the agent
- Must be based on the Northern Beaches and have local knowledge of suburbs
- Must have a current drivers license and car
- You will be coached/mentored
- Exceptional training within the office and external leading coaches

Skills
- Tenacious, hungry, and driven to succeed
- Experience needed in leasing, reception or ready to step into a bigger environment
- Certificate of Registration or RE Licence
- Drivers license and car essential
- First-class communication skills and immaculate presentation
- Salary commensurate with experience
- Must live locally or close to the Northern Beaches
- Able to work Saturdays with a day off in lieu during the week
