- Pay rate $31.70 + super

We are delighted to open our new 102 bed Aged Care home, Holy Cross, implementing the Inspirit Model of Care. We are looking for Housekeeping Assistants to join our team to work in Laundry and Cleaning services. This role ideally requires a minimum of 3 days availability and preferably more.

Responsibilities

- Cleaning: Maintain high standards of cleanliness in residents' rooms and common areas; Tidy and organise lounges, dining areas, offices and storage areas; Remove rubbish safely and restock bathroom supplies daily; Follow infection prevention and control procedures to keep residents safe; Demonstrating pride in your household by doing what is needed

- Laundry: Collect, wash, fold, and distribute residents' clothing and personal laundry; Correctly label and store clothing to avoid loss or mix-ups; Maintain linen supplies and ensure laundry areas are clean and organised; Iron residents' clothing and table linen as required; Follow infection prevention and control procedures to keep residents safe
