We're growing and so is our team We're looking for askilled Construction Supervisor with experience in medium-density townhome projectsto join our team

This will be based in the Greenbank/Everleigh/Yarrabilba area.

About the role:

- Supervise multiple townhome builds, in a fast paced environment.
- Dedicated scheduling support to prioritise the delivery of what you need, when you need it.
- Spend less time on the road with all your jobs in small geographic zones.
- Supportive & open leadership to empower you in your role.
- Strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring seamless operations.
- Cutting-edge construction software for streamlined scheduling and project management.
- A culture of professionalism and safety, where your well-being is paramount.

Our Ideal Candidate:

- Proven experience supervising multiple medium-density townhome builds.
- You have a network of trusted trades experienced in medium density builds, to bring with you.
- You hold a Cert IV in Building & Construction and a QLD Site Supervisor's license.
- You possess a current, clean driver's license.
- You're a safety champion. Ensuring a safe worksite for all employees and subcontractors.
- You're a strong communicator with the ability to build trust with all stakeholders, including team members, customers, and trades.
