Internal Sales Representative – BRISBANE

A leading supplier of stainless steel fasteners and fittings is looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join their Brisbane team. This role involves a mix of inbound and outbound sales, customer relationship management, and occasional on-site service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound sales via phone and email, including order processing and quoting
- Conduct outbound sales to manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Perform occasional site visits for inventory checks and customer support
- Follow up on quotes and gather customer feedback
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Assist with trade counter service, warehouse tasks, purchasing, and general admin

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in internal/external sales or B2B customer service
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and numeracy skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Industry knowledge is a plus, but full training will be provided
