An experienced Project Manager/Development Manager is sought to join a fast growing business in a pivotal role. Our client are looking for someone who is experienced in the NSW Residential market who can manage, lead and grow the team.

If you have a proven career as a Project Manager or Development Manager in the NSW Subdivision sector and are looking for a company where you can play a key role, get in early to a already successful - but rapidly growing business - with excellent leadership and long term opportunities for equity.

Preferably with experience in Client Side Project Management the successful candidate will have demonstrable experience and knowledge of the NSW and local authority approval process.

You will be well networked in the Residential market, confident to lead projects, have robust conversations to keep projects on track, work with clients, contractors, planners and local authorities, as well as other stakeholders to deliver major projects.

To be considered you will:

- Hold a Civil Engineering Degree or Project Management Accreditation and 8 + years in the local industry

- Be confident to manage, coordinate and successfully deliver major subdivision developments

- Develop, document and implement Project Management Plans

- Confident communication, both written and verbal to lead and manage critical relationships with key clients, consultants, and internal and external stakeholders

- Confident networker and relationship builder to represent the business and continue to build its retain as a leader in the NSW market
