We are looking for the right person to support our Patient Experience team to oversee the seemless administration of patient feedback and complaints. Your dynamic organisational skills in this role will contribue directly to the continuous improvement of patient care.

Salary | Band 4 (£30,353 - £33,016)

In this pivotal role, you will support the administration of patient feedback and the complaints handling process, contributing directly to the continuous improvement of patient care. You will also assist in delivering the wider services of the Patient Experience Team, helping to ensure that every patient voice is heard and valued.
