Account Manager at Espresso Communications

As the day-to-day client contact, you are the face of Espresso, the contact our clients hear from the most. You are responsible for the implementation of a communications strategy, ensuring its success and that budgets are effectively utilized. You will work with senior team members to define the strategy and execute deliverables against deadlines. In addition to client work, your responsibility includes marketing Espresso and helping the agency to win new business.

We are a boutique full-service communications consultancy based in Ultimo (right next to Broadway) looking to welcome a full-time Account Manager to support our clients. We have built a reputation for delivering award-winning campaigns and being respected for our strategic communications counsel. We represent global brands and Australian companies as business partners rather than simply being vendors. We offer a supportive and relaxed working environment with a work/life balance few agencies can match.

The successful candidate has:

1. 3-5 years PR experience and a comms/PR degree
2. An excellent track record developing and executing strategic communication campaigns for consumer/enterprise technology clients
3. Experience with sustainability/environmental clients desired but not essential
4. Excellent media relationships with technology media
5. Experience with tracking and reporting on client budgets
6. Proven business development skills
7. Able to develop and implement social media programs
